New Name For The TCTC Group Band

We are delighted to announce that our band is to have a new name!

We are very pleased to announce that a new partnership has been agreed with Acceler8 Clinical Research following the successful sale of TCTC Group this year.

Acceler8 are a Global Clinical Contract Research Organization headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Melbourne and Winnington, Cheshire, that provides professional support to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device organisations worldwide.
The band will be now known as the “Acceler8 Band”, its members, contacts and rehearsal facilities will remain the same. However, a new web address acceler8band.com and Facebook page will be launched very shortly.
Acceler8 Clinical Research Company Director Tom Richardson said: “Acceler8 are a new business that is delighted to take on the sponsorship of this very popular musical organisation, Our company is committed to supporting the local community and we anticipate that the band’s success will continue to grow with this new chapter in its long history. ”
The band came to life in 1955 and has previous long term links to the Co-operative movement before its association with TCTC Group in 2018.
Thanks to this new arrangement the band has a secure and positive future and we look forward to many years of high-quality and entertaining music-making to come.
