BBP Change In Workplace Arrangements

Due to COVID-19, we will be changing our workplace arrangements for the foreseeable future.

Starting from today we’ll be picking up our mail & be working from the BBP Office once a week. All bands are welcome to send their cards in for re-validation at any time, even if they’re not due for several months, as we will add either 12 or 24 months onto your existing expiry date. Payment can be made via cheque/cash/BACS, or we can invoice you with return paperwork to sort out at a later date.

This time is probably a good opportunity for you to do some “housekeeping” jobs with your registration cards too:
⭐️ Cancellations
⭐️ Name changes (marriage/divorce/deed poll/gender alteration etc)
⭐️ Updated photos (we accept digital photos e.g. from social media)
⭐️ Registration cards that are full i.e. no more room for contest stamps (we can add inserts onto the cards for you)

Full access to emails will remain, as will our access to online banking, but phone calls will not be answered or monitored. Therefore, please email us ([email protected]) with any queries you may have at this time.
