Re-Branding for North West Band as Cooperative Pull Sponsorship

The Cooperative Funeralcare Band North-West are delighted to announce a new sponsor and name for 2018.

A spokesperson for the band told A4B: We are very pleased to announce that a new partnership has been agreed with The Clinical Trial Company Group™ (TCTC Group). After 62 years of successful association with the Co-Operative movement, the Band have entered into an agreement with TCTC Group, a Global Clinical Contract Research Organization providing professional support to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industry worldwide who are headquartered in Knutsford – Cheshire.

TCTC Group already has established links with the band who produced a Christmas CD for the company in 2014 and have been sponsored by TCTC Group to play at the Family fun day in Pickmere since 2014.  The company also commissioned a new work entitled “The Mist Through Dawn” for the bands’ principal Euphonium Emily Braverman from the composer Paul Lovett-Cooper.

The band will be now known as “TCTC Group Band” and all members, contacts and rehearsal facilities will remain the same. However, a new web address www.tctcgroupband.com and Facebook page will be launched in early January 2018.

The Clinical Trial Company’s Band Director Ewan Campbell said: “TCTC Group are currently celebrating their 15th anniversary and have marked the occasion with the sponsorship of a great musical organisation formally associated with the Co-op movement. Our company is committed to supporting the local community and we anticipate that the band’s success will continue to grow with this new chapter in its long history. ”

The band came to life in 1955, drawing from the members’ shared love for music. Thanks to this new arrangement the band has a secure and positive future and we look forward to many years of high-quality and entertaining music-making to come.
